Home Information Packs
As part of the government commitment to making buying and selling homes easier, home owners or their selling agents are required to have a Home Information Pack (HIP) available when marketing properties for sale.
HIPs are required on all properties, with a few exceptions (detailed in FAQs section), and provide important information to prospective purchasers, giving increased transparency on key issues and meaning any offer to purchase is based on an informed decision.
